Submitting a Complete Application

As you may know, you need to submit three parts in order to complete our entire application.  That's 1) the basic application, 2) the supplement application, 3) the application fee.  We won't see anything on our end until you submit all three parts via www.commonapp.org.  You might think they are linked together, but they are not.  Please be aware of this.  Once these parts are submitted, your common app account should say something to the effect of "Complete."  See below.

Also, do we have to resubmit our SAT scores/AP scores/HS transcript if we applied to UVA last year (as HS seniors)

Sara,
Unfortunately, I can't generalize here. You likely won't have to send your SAT scores. Those stay in the SIS system. Most students don't send their AP scores unless they are admitted. And chances are, we probably don't have your final high school transcript printed in 6/2012. We will likely only have something printed in the Fall of 2011. After you submit your application, it will take some time, but your SATs will be linked up.

I thought I read that applicants need to email the course description for all their completed courses. I have completed my application through Common App and have created a file with my course information, but I can't find where I read that this is required. I think the email address is transferadmission@virginia.edu. Is this correct? Where can I find the details for this requirement?

you can find it on the page where the supplement is. It is one of the bulletin points.
