Coming to an NVCC Campus Near You

We are on the road this week in the midst of visiting the Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) Campuses.  We are covering Annandale and Loudoun today, but you still have time to see us on the other campuses.

September 26 - 9AM and 11AM - NVCC Alexandria Campus (check with students services for location)

September 26 - 2PM and 4PM - NVCC Woodbridge (WS 333)

September 27 - 9AM and 11AM - NVCC Manassas (check with students services for location)

We are also planning similar events at John Tyler and Virginia Western, so stay tuned, or look for us at this fall's transfer college fairs!

Are there any J-term courses which satisfy the non-western perspective requirement? I see the many of the J-term classes are "special" kinds of courses not offered in the regular terms which is why I am asking. Specifically HIST4501: MIGRATION IN MODERN SOUTH ASIA: HISTORY, LITERATURE, FILM, EPHEMERA even though it isn't listed here http://rabi.phys.virginia.edu/mySIS/CS2/page.php?Type=Group&Group=HSNW

My community college has very poor course offerings for classes that fulfill this.
