Decisions are NOT coming out this week

Remember we are trying to contend with a new system of reading and releasing decisions. We are not required to release before May 1. Last year was a fluke.
I'm sorry, but they won't be out this week folks.

I've figured it out! Transfermer's name is a warning to us against being annoying about decisions!

Trying
Repetition
And
Negativity
Surely
Feeds
Everyone

More
Excess
Resentment

Smiles I definitely agree w/ you :-).
As for Anonymous, you said you spoke to a staff member that said decisions will be out TODAY?!!! Am I reading correctly?

This "anonymous" guy is just playing three different characters at the same time! He is playing to all the different personalities of anxious transfer applicants, the "thankful but waiting", the "staff insider", and the "skeptical about staff insider guy"! This whole application process is one huge conspiracy theory!

Yes I wondering what were my possibilities on getting into to UVA. I went to JMU and had to take a semester off due to financial aid. I have since realized its not the right place for me. I since have really wanted to apply and really regretted not applying. I have almost a 3.3 at JMU and got WL at William and Mary out of High School with a 4.4 gpa and was 11th in my class

Ian,
It’s difficult to generalize. First things first, you need to have at least 24-30 credits in order to be eligible. We’d have to take a look at your coursework both in high school and at JMU. I will say that the average GPA of an admitted student is about a 3.4 or 3.5.

Very good point. At this point I have 40 college credits, 13 of which are dual enrollment from high school. In high school I took the hardest classes that being AP/Dual Enrollment and weighted classes. At JMU its all general education classes because I wanted to get them out of the way before I chose a major.
